Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in Wikimedia Foundation Mediawiki - WikiLambda Extension allows Excavation. This issue affects Mediawiki - WikiLambda Extension: 1.47.0-alpha. The issue has been remediated on the `master` branch.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (XSS or 'Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Wikimedia Foundation Mediawiki - TemplateSandbox Extension allows Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This issue affects Mediawiki - TemplateSandbox Extension: from * before 1.46.1, 1.45.5, 1.43.10.
CliInvoke and its formerly named `AlastairLundy.CliInvoke` package are .NET libraries for invoking command-line programs and wrapping executable processes. `CliInvoke` versions 2.0.0 through 2.8.4, 2.9.0 through 2.9.3, 2.10.0 through 2.10.4, and 3.0.0-alpha.1 through 3.0.0-beta.1, as well as `AlastairLundy.CliInvoke` versions 2.0.0-alpha.1 through 2.0.0, contain an argument-injection vulnerability in `RunnerProcessFactory` on the 2.x line and `RunnerConfigurationFactory` on the 3.x line. These factories combine runner arguments, a caller-controlled target, and caller-controlled arguments into one `ProcessStartInfo.Arguments` string, allowing a double quote in the target or an argument to terminate an operating-system-level quoted region and inject unintended elements into the runner’s argument vector, potentially resulting in arbitrary command execution when a shell runner is used. The vulnerability is patched in `CliInvoke` versions 2.8.5, 2.9.4, 2.10.5, and 3.0.0-beta.2, and in `AlastairLundy.CliInvoke` version 2.0.2. No complete workaround is available; users unable to upgrade can partially mitigate the issue by removing double quotes from targets and arguments, additionally removing shell metacharacters when using shell runners, or bypassing the vulnerable factory and constructing a `ProcessConfiguration` with an explicit `ArgumentList`.
The mysqlnd wire protocol parser reads fields out of server packets before checking that the packet still holds enough bytes for them. A malicious or compromised MySQL server can send a truncated packet and make the client read past the end of the packet buffer, which is undefined behaviour and can crash the process.
The SOAP HTTP client guards its response buffer growth with a check that relies on signed integer overflow, which is undefined behaviour and is not guaranteed to trigger. When the check is optimised away, a malicious SOAP server can make the client allocate a buffer far smaller than the data it then writes into it, producing a heap buffer overflow.
Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Mediawiki - Cargo extension allows Reflected XSS. This issue affects Mediawiki - Cargo extension: through 3.9.4.

Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Mediawiki - Cargo extension allows Reflected XSS. This issue affects Mediawiki - Cargo extension: through 3.9.4.
Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Mediawiki - Cargo extension allows Stored XSS. This issue affects Mediawiki - Cargo extension: through 3.9.4.
When the HTTP stream wrapper follows a redirect and the response carries a Location header with an empty value, the redirect code reads one byte past the end of the heap buffer holding the location. The value of that out-of-bounds byte decides which redirect target is built, so a malicious server controls whether the client is sent to the host root or to the current directory.
Ciena Navigator Network Control Suite (NCS) contains an information exposure vulnerability in an event-streaming API that does not properly enforce authentication. An unauthenticated attacker with network access to the affected service could access the event stream and potentially obtain sensitive information.

OpenMetadata through 2.0.2 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the URLValidator.validateURL function that fails to properly resolve DNS hostnames and validate internal addresses. Users permitted to create or update EventSubscription can set webhook destinations to internal hosts, allowing the server to send requests to private networks and cloud metadata endpoints while returning HTTP status codes that enable blind SSRF probing.
ClipBucket v5 before 5.5.3-#197 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the admin template editor that allows authenticated administrators to overwrite PHP files by supplying directory traversal sequences in the folder parameter. Attackers with manage_template_access permission can traverse outside the layout directory to modify executable PHP files and achieve remote code execution as the web server user.
CliInvoke is a .NET library for invoking command-line programs, and its `CliInvoke.Specializations` packages provide specialized wrappers for shells such as PowerShell and Windows Command Prompt. `CliInvoke.Specializations` versions 2.2.0 through 2.8.4, 2.9.0 through 2.9.3, 2.10.0 through 2.10.4, 3.0.0-alpha.1 through 3.0.0-alpha.4, and 3.0.0-alpha.8 through 3.0.0-alpha.10, as well as `AlastairLundy.CliInvoke.Specializations` versions 1.0.0-rc.1 through 1.6.1.1, contain an OS command injection vulnerability in their PowerShell and Cmd wrappers. The wrappers pass a caller-controlled target and arguments to `pwsh -Command` or `cmd /c` using a single `ProcessStartInfo.Arguments` string, allowing a double quote in untrusted input to break operating-system-level quoting and cause the shell to execute an additional command with the host process's privileges. The vulnerability is patched in `CliInvoke.Specializations` versions 2.8.5, 2.9.4, 2.10.5, and 3.0.0-beta.1, and in `AlastairLundy.CliInvoke.Specializations` version 2.0.2. No complete workaround is available; users unable to upgrade should reject or remove double quotes from target paths and arguments, additionally reject shell metacharacters in versions 2.2.0 through 2.9.2 and 3.0.0-alpha.1 through 3.0.0-alpha.4, or bypass the PowerShell and Cmd wrappers and invoke target processes directly when handling untrusted input.
GNU libextractor before 1.16 loads plugins from an untrusted search path specified by the LIBEXTRACTOR_PREFIX environment variable without proper privilege checks. A local attacker can exploit this by setting LIBEXTRACTOR_PREFIX to a directory containing a malicious plugin that executes arbitrary code with elevated privileges when loaded by a setuid or setgid program.
Integer overflow or wraparound in Microsoft Office Outlook allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network.

X-SpringBoot through 6.0 ships with a hardcoded static master login verification code 172839 enabled by default in the database seed. Unauthenticated attackers can authenticate as any user by submitting the public master code to the emailOrMobileLogin endpoint with a known email or mobile number.
X-SpringBoot through 6.0 returns login verification codes in HTTP responses from unauthenticated endpoints GET /sys/mobile/code and GET /sys/email/code without sending them to account owners. Attackers can request codes using known mobile numbers or email addresses, read them from responses, and authenticate as victims via POST /sys/emailOrMobileLogin/login to hijack accounts.
X-SpringBoot through 6.0 lacks object-level authorization in user management endpoints, allowing sub-administrators to modify or delete users without ownership verification. Attackers with user-management permissions can reset passwords for any account including the super administrator, rebind roles, or delete users via POST /sys/user/update and POST /sys/user/delete endpoints.
