Piwigo is a full featured open source photo gallery application for the web. Prior to 16.4.0, admin/element_set_ranks.php stores administrator-controlled image_order[] values without enforcing the existing sort-field whitelist. The stored album image_order expression is later concatenated into ORDER BY clauses by admin/batch_manager_global.php, admin/batch_manager_unit.php, include/section_init.inc.php, and include/ws_functions/pwg.categories.php. When at least one album contains at least one photo, an authenticated administrator can store a crafted expression and trigger it in a later album or Batch Manager query to disclose, modify, or disrupt database data. This issue is fixed in version 16.4.0.
Piwigo is a full featured open source photo gallery application for the web. Prior to 16.4.0, admin/batch_manager.php accepts administrator-controlled dimension width, height, and ratio values and filesize values from the Batch Manager filter URL without numeric validation. The URL filter parser stores those values in the bulk_manager_filter session state, and later query construction concatenates them into SQL predicates, unlike the validated POST filter path. An authenticated administrator can use crafted filter values to execute time-based or other SQL expressions and potentially disclose, modify, or disrupt database data. This issue is fixed in version 16.4.0.
Piwigo is a full featured open source photo gallery application for the web. Prior to 16.4.0, admin/themes_standard_pages.php validates uploaded logo content by MIME type but reuses the attacker-controlled extension from std_pgs_logo when constructing the stored filename. An authenticated administrator can upload image content with a server-executable final extension, causing the file to be placed in the web-accessible logo directory and executed when requested if the web server handles that extension. This can permit arbitrary command execution, data disclosure, modification, persistence, and service disruption. This vulnerability is fixed in 16.4.0.
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane stores and serves uploaded image attachments without stripping EXIF metadata. When an administrator uploads an image through invoice attachments, quote attachments, or another attachment feature and shares it with another user, the recipient can retrieve embedded GPS coordinates, timestamps, and device information. The preserved metadata can disclose private location and device details across users. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2-rc-1, InvoicePlane builds its permitted template list by scanning a PHP template directory that can be written through an administrator-controlled file-write capability. A malicious PHP file placed in the directory is automatically trusted by Mdl_templates and can be selected as public_invoice_template. When a public invoice is rendered, the guest View controller includes the trusted file and executes it with web-server privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2-rc-1.
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane interpolates the administrator-controlled tax_rate_decimal_places setting into an ALTER TABLE statement for ip_tax_rates in Settings::index() without strict integer validation. A crafted setting value can add clauses to the schema-changing statement and remove or alter required database columns. The resulting schema corruption can permanently modify financial data structures and make the application unavailable. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.
Input Leap (aka input-leap) through 3.0.3, when the non-default --enable-drag-drop option is used on Windows or macOS, mishandles the / versus \ distinction and allows directory traversal, with resultant code execution if a file is written to a startup directory. This occurs via a DDRG message.
A weakness has been identified in Zhonglun CloudPOS 3.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file Program.cs of the component Automatic Update. Executing a manipulation of the argument version/url/packagekey/package name can lead to channel accessible by non-endpoint. The attack can be launched remotely. Attacks of this nature are highly complex. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Improper Exposure of Resource to Wrong Sphere in the host file helper (gofer) in Google gVisor prior to commit 573a9e73cf844f on Linux platforms with CUSE enabled allows a local attacker with container image deployment privileges to achieve root code execution on the host system. By including a /dev/cuse character device node in a container image, opening the device passes through to the host, allowing the sandboxed attacker to register a host device and exploit CUSE unrestricted ioctl handling to overwrite root udev helper memory.
IBM Server Firmware FW1120.00 through FW1120.01, FW1110.00 through FW1110.31, FW1060.00 through FW1060.81, and FW950.00 through FW950.H3 is affected by a vulnerability in the ASMI web interface. An unauthenticated attacker on the management network can send a malformed HTTPS request to ASMI, causing the web server to crash with possible memory corruption and generate an error log. The ASMI web interface will restart automatically; however, repeated exploitation could result in a sustained loss of access to the ASMI management interface, resulting in an integrity and availability impact.
FTM 4.x ALL could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information due to an XML external entity injection flaw.
Espruino 2v29 (commit bffc6d0) contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in jslGetRawString() in src/jslex.c. Crafted raw/binary string input can cause the lexer to pass a NULL iterator target to jsvLockAgain(). In RELEASE/NO_ASSERT builds, the missing assertion guard allows a write through the NULL pointer, resulting in memory corruption and application termination or denial of service.
IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to path traversal in the Universal Connector Oracle Wallet upload component. An authenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to write arbitrary files to the system.
IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to insecure deserialization in the Quartz JDBC job store. An authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the affected system.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb/server: fix tree connection leak in smb2_tree_connect() See the procedure below: smb2_tree_connect ksmbd_tree_conn_connect xa_store(&sess->tree_conns, tree_conn->id, tree_conn) ksmbd_counter_inc(KSMBD_COUNTER_TREE_CONNS) ksmbd_share_tree_conn_inc(sc) ksmbd_iov_pin_rsp // fail status.ret = KSMBD_TREE_CONN_STATUS_NOMEM // do not disconnect tree_conn Disconnect the new tree connection if ksmbd_iov_pin_rsp() fails.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvdimm: pmem: keep PREFLUSH before data writes pmem_submit_bio() records a REQ_PREFLUSH error, but continues to copy the bio data and can later overwrite the error with a successful REQ_FUA flush. That lets data writes run after a failed preflush and can complete the bio successfully despite the failed ordering barrier. Run the REQ_PREFLUSH flush synchronously before touching the bio data and complete the bio with the flush error if it fails. Keep asynchronous flush chaining for REQ_FUA. At that point, data copy has completed and the parent bio can wait for the chained flush bio.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: rtl8723bs: fix mismatched free of HalData in rtw_sdio_if1_init() padapter->HalData is allocated via vzalloc(), but incorrectly freed using kfree() in the rtw_sdio_if1_init() error path. Using kfree() to release this vmalloc-backed buffer can lead to memory corruption. Use rtw_hal_data_deinit() to pair the free correctly and free HalData with vfree(). The bug was first flagged by an experimental static analysis tool we are developing for kernel memory-management bugs. Manual inspection confirms that the issue is still present in current mainline. An x86_64 allyesconfig build showed no new warnings. As we do not have suitable RTL8723BS SDIO hardware to test with, no runtime testing was able to be performed.
A security flaw has been discovered in Open-Web-Analytics up to 1.8.1. Affected is the function Event::loadFromArray of the file queue.php of the component Remote Event Queue Endpoint. Performing a manipulation results in deserialization. The attack can be initiated remotely. Upgrading to version 1.8.2 is able to address this issue. The patch is named 78c1222ec0e2119d84684032da1541120a2cdd23. The affected component should be upgraded.
