Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to 7.0.17 and 8.0.6, crafted IPv4 and IPv6 address pairs can collide in the IPPair hash because src/ippair.c did not compare the IP address family before reusing IPPair-backed state. This can apply state from one IP family to another for xbits track ip_pair, FTP data expectations, and, on the 7.0 release line, thresholding, detection_filter, and rate_filter rules using track by_both, causing incorrect detection state. This issue is fixed in versions 8.0.6 and 7.0.17.
CordysCRM is an open source AI-powered customer relationship management system that supports private deployment. Prior to 1.7.0, the POST /account-pool/page endpoint allows an authenticated caller with MODULE_SETTING:UPDATE to place a crafted sort.name value into a dynamic SQL ORDER BY expression without strict server-side validation of the sorting field. The resulting time-based blind SQL injection can confirm database expression execution, infer database metadata and sensitive values, and introduce database delays that degrade service. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.0.
IBM i 7.6, 7.5, 7.4, and 7.3 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions and access internal network services due to improper validation of FTP PORT and EPRT commands.
IBM Platform RTM is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially crafted SQL statements, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.
IBM i 7.6, 7.5, 7.4, and 7.3 could allow a local attacker to cause a denial of service due to improper validation of FTP authentication commands.
IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.0 through 8.1.0.40 IBM MQ C client could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service or potentially execute arbitrary code due to improper validation of queue manager responses when requesting AMS policy data.
IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.0 through 8.1.0.40 could allow an authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information or cause a denial of service due to improper validation of message header offset values.
IBM MQ could allow an authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service or potentially execute arbitrary code due to an integer overflow in MQINQ request processing.
IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Application Server Liberty are affected by an HTTP request smuggling vulnerability.
IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.0 through 8.1.0.40 could allow an authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service or potentially execute arbitrary code during queue manager startup due to improper validation of cluster migration data.
IBM WebSphere Application Server 9.0 and 8.5 is affected by a deserialization vulnerability in the Name Service component.
IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5 is affected by an HTTP request smuggling vulnerability due to improper handling of Content-Length headers.
IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Application Server Liberty are affected by a virtual host bypass vulnerability.
IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Application Server Liberty are affected by an HTTP request smuggling vulnerability.
IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5 and 9.0 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information from the administrative console due to missing authorization checks.
IBM WebSphere Application Server 9.0 and 8.5 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information about the file system through the FileTransfer servlet.
IBM WebSphere Application Server 9.0 and 8.5 is affected by an authentication bypass vulnerability in the SOAP/JMX connector.
Caucho Resin contains a path traversal vulnerability in the documentation webapp (resin-doc) that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files by supplying a relative path through the inputFile request parameter of the jndi-appconfig tutorial servlet. Attackers can craft requests with directory traversal sequences to the servlet endpoint to read files outside the intended tutorial directory on the underlying system. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2021-12-10.
In OpenStack Blazar before 17.0.1, the V2 lease API does not enforce object-level authorization on its update and delete operations (PUT /v2/leases/{lease_id} and DELETE /v2/leases/{lease_id}). The policy authorize() wrapper attempts to load the target lease to build the authorization target from its owner, but it looks up the lease under the keyword "lease_id" whereas the controller methods name the parameter "id" (and the wsme_pecan.wsexpose wrapper delivers it positionally). The lookup returns None, and thus authorization falls back to the requesting user's own project_id/user_id instead of the target lease owner. Any authenticated user who knows a lease ID can therefore modify or delete leases belonging to other users and projects, bypassing the intended ownership check.
In OpenStack Blazar before 17.0.1, the V2 lease listing operation (GET /v2/leases) returns leases for every project without enforcing project scoping or an administrator-only policy. Any authenticated user with access to the Blazar REST API can enumerate leases belonging to other tenants, exposing lease IDs, reservation IDs, resource IDs, and reservation metadata. The exposed lease IDs also enable the object-level authorization bypass tracked in the companion request, allowing an attacker to then modify or delete the enumerated leases.
A vulnerability was determined in Saleor up to 3.20.118/3.21.54/3.22.47/3.23.14. This vulnerability affects the function get_client_ip of the file saleor/account/throttling.py. Executing a manipulation can lead to improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts. The attack can be executed remotely. The attack requires a high level of complexity. It is stated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The projects own issue #19203 internal ticket admits "IP can be spoofed in most deployments" and that its REAL_IP_ENVIRON-type setting bypasses get_client_ip; fix (right-to-left RFC 7239 hop selection) proposed but still unmerged. The vendor explains within an email, that "[t]his is not a vulnerability, this is working at intended, Saleor expects XFF to be configured properly".
In osmo-iuh from 0.1.0 through 1.8.0 a reachable assertion was found in the ranap_handle_co_dt() function via a arbitrarily sized NAS-PDU that leads to process crash and remote denial of service.
In osmo-bsc from 1.0.1 through 1.14.1 a heap based buffer overflow issue was found in the ipaccess_proxy_read_msg() function via IPA frame lengths.
In osmo-ggsn 1.14.0 an out of bounds write issue was found in the gtp_decode_pdp_ctx() function through the PDP context GSN-Address sub-field, leading to memory corruption.
